Our Services
Lucky Hounds offers several options:
1. Group Dog Walks
Walks are one hour in duration either in a dog park or on the beach, on a leash or free to run and play, with all safety considered. Groups consist of a maximum of four dogs matched for temperament. Prior to commencing with Lucky Hounds, we’ll arrange a meet and greet with you and your dog/s so we can understand everyone’s needs and schedule accordingly. Dogs are picked up from home and dropped off again at the end of their walk.
We also offer lead and recall training if needed.
Lucky Hounds will send you photos of your fur-baby having the time of his life and post to Instagram each day.
Cost: $35 per dog or $60 for two dogs for one hour includes

2. Private Dog Walks
For the quieter, timid dogs or ones that are not socialised, or even for very young or elderly dogs who can’t keep pace with a pack, this individualised option is the best choice.
Each walk is for one hour, as with the group walks, and your dog will be picked up from your home and returned at the end of their walk.
We also offer lead and recall training if needed.
Cost: $45 for one hour includes

2. Private Dog Walks

3. Puppy Care
Leaving your new puppy at home alone for the whole day when you return to work can be very difficult. Puppies need frequent feeding and companionship and sometimes that’s not a possibility with work demands. So Lucky Hounds come to your home and visit/play with your new puppy for 30 minutes. While there, we’ll feed your pup, change their water, help with some toilet and obedience training such as sit and stay, and have a little play. It’s a good opportunity to socialise your new puppy to someone outside the family and a great start for their life.
Cost: $35 per puppy for 30 minutes includes

4. Play Date
Sometimes spending another day at home alone is a bit too much and dogs that are bored can create havoc in their own home just to keep themselves occupied! At Lucky Hounds your dog can spend the entire day at my place. During the day they will be walked for an hour, receive some basic obedience training such as sit and stay, and have my full attention. They can spend time playing in the yard and snoozing when they need a rest.
Cost: $50 per dog per day includes:
